CMTK's Nuclear Services Department has over 25 years of experience in the industry with current projects including Fukushima, NFPA-805, outage Management, software tools guidance, and the creation of Central Project Management Offices, standards, and procedures.  Our experience with many industry leaders lends us valuable insight into industry standards and best practices.

CMTK's Fossil experience ranges from Capital Projects to Outages.  Most notably a $2.8B new build Coal Plant located in NC.  Our expertise spanned the EPCS planning and scheduling effort, the P3 to P6 Primavera Database Implementation & Training, and database administration & cleanup for the Client.  We also assisted in product/software selection for additional project support.
